- If you have a problem or question about the information contained in your medical record, please call your primary care physician or caregiver.
- If you think information is missing from your record or you want to request a copy of your Westchester Medical Center medical record, contact the Health Information Management (HIM) Department at
WMCHIM@wcmc.com, or call (914) 493-7600. Hours: M-F 8:30 am-4:30 pm. NOTE: There is a 36 hour delay for posting most information.
- If you think information is missing from your record or you want to request records from your physician, please contact your doctor’s office.
- If you haven’t received your Welcome email, Validation Key code, need a password reset, or if you are experiencing an issue connecting to the patient portal please email:
PortalHelp@wcmc.com, or call (914-493-6162). Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
- If you forgot your password, go to the log-on screen, enter your username and click the ‘Forgot your Password’ link. Enter the answers to your three security questions and reset your password.
